Hi, my name is Cheryl Weller. My life has always consisted of eating healthful foods and maintaining an active lifestyle. In 2017, my focus switched to improving my overall health in order to heal my brain and body. Through my own health journey, I discovered it was possible to heal my body through simple diet and lifestyle modifications. With the guidance of a functional medicine practitioner, I was able to identify foods that did not work for my body, incorporate mindfulness into my daily self-care practice and resolve underlying health conditions.
My experience sparked a passion for helping others who need support while making lifestyle modifications, so they can feel their best. I became a Certified Health Coach, so I could be a guide and supportive mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for their health and wellness goals. Together, we will identify the obstacles in your life preventing you from reaching your health goals and create an action plan to overcome those obstacles. By taking a holistic approach to health and wellness, I will look at how all areas of your life are affecting your health as a whole. The areas we will discuss include your diet, physical activity, relationships, spirituality, career, education, finances, and creativity.
